Lecture
Author Floris Wouterson as a speaker at your event, conference or relationship day.
A lecture on Supersleeping is a practical session of 1 hour in which I discuss important tips on sleeping and the latest insights from (medical) science. I show a number of examples. I convey essential basic and advanced knowledge on sleep, nutrition and exercise.
I will take the audience on a discovery tour of some easily applicable techniques to sleep well and give your performance through sleep a serious upgrade. Participants get surprising insights about the factors that determine a good night’s sleep. Whether or not you should sleep in at the weekend to stay in the flow, which foods you should or should not eat to sleep well or, for example, which old forgotten technique can help you sleep much deeper.
Feedback on your own sleep and sleep habits
Each lecture is customized. We can zoom in on your own sleep or some of the participants in the room. Some surprising quarters immediately drop why sleep is more important than food and exercise combined.
Insights stick around because of the way they are presented. Each presentation is super-practical – goes beyond theory and research findings – and includes some relatively simple tips and quick wins that are immediately applicable to all attendees.
Tips in the presentation include:
- Medical science
- Nutrition and exercise science
- Positive psychology
- Brain Science
